I confirm that the work does not knowingly infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other third-party rights. I confirm that I have permission for any quoted, adapted, translated, co-authored, or third-party material included in the work. I confirm that this project does not include prohibited content, including illegal content, sexual content involving minors, terrorist or extremist propaganda, incitement of violence, hate or dehumanization against protected groups, instructions to cause real-world harm, or unauthorized third-party material. I understand that BedVibe may decline, pause, or stop any project at its discretion if rights, content, platform eligibility, or distributor compliance is unclear. I consent to the use of digital voice narration, AI-assisted voice generation, synthetic voice technology, and/or digitally processed voice workflows where applicable. I understand that AI/digital voice disclosure may be required by distributors, retailers, or platforms. I understand that submitting this form does not guarantee acceptance, pricing, delivery date, distribution approval, LPF/DVN approval, or retailer acceptance. I am responsible for the truth and accuracy of these declarations.
